“Peaceful Passages,” a collection by oil and cold wax artist Lori Drew is currently on display at the South Walton Coastal Branch Library. All 40 works of art are for sale by this “Artist of 30A” who is dedicating the month-long show to her dad in New Jersey.

Lori first displayed her acrylic on canvas paintings outside her studio just a little over a year ago. Six shows later, she is back at the library, this time sharing new oil and cold wax creations on handmade wood box panels. While her passion for depicting the serenity of our unique landscape climbs, so grows the depth of her unique style. She considers herself a southerner at heart after growing up in New Jersey and moving to Santa Rosa Beach in 2000.

Her Point Washington studio is closed for the month of February, while her show continues at the library at 437 Greenway Trail, Santa Rosa Beach. You can call the library for hours of operation, 267-2809, and you can reach Lori at 585-7689.
